Having a problem redeeming my * month subscription gift card. I created an account, as yet not activated, because I received a gift card. When I enter the code and log into my account, I get a message saying I already have a subscription and to contact support@birchbox with the code
GetHuman-jakidsmi did not yet indicate what Birchbox should do to make this right.
