I bought a laptop with my debit card, not realizing that my husband had requested a change of address that same day. When I tried to return the laptop, the store only offered store credit. I have an email from my bank confirming the address change request. I'm hoping to get a cash refund since I can prove I no longer have access to the debit card. We have been waiting for 3 weeks for our 55-inch TV and other supplies amounting to $[redacted] from the Martinsburg store with Kaylee. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, calls have gone unanswered, and messages have not been returned. The scheduled delivery on Dec 4 was a no-show. We are incredibly frustrated and just want our TV after this long wait. The lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have made us consider avoiding this store in the future. We were advised against using the original delivery service and opted for Geek Squad, but they have not contacted us either. Please, we need assistance with this situation.

I'm disappointed that my Thanksgiving sale order was unexpectedly cancelled. I placed the order online, then visited the store the following day for pickup only to find out it wasn't ready. Now the order has been cancelled, and it's no longer on sale. If they had informed me of the issue, I could have bought it in-store when I was there. I'm hoping my order can be processed at the original discounted price.

I bought a Netgear N300 WiFi Range Extender for $35.36 at Best Buy on East Fordham Rd. in Bronx, NY. Realizing I don't need it with my router, I aim to return it, bought around 11/20/20. I plan to exchange it for the Netgear AC600 Dual-Band WiFi USB Mini Adapter in Black, priced at $39.99. A friend will take the first purchase back to Best Buy in Bronx and cover the price difference. I wonder if the new item will be in stock today, 12/6/20, or if I'll need to pay for another delivery.

I am worried about my order BBY01-[redacted]26. The original delivery date was 12/7, but USPS tracking only shows "pre-shipment" since 12/1 with no updates. This has happened before and led to lost packages. Dealing with USPS is difficult, with 3 packages to track. The local postmaster has been unhelpful, saying they can't act until the package is scanned. Could you provide me with any updates on your end? Should I begin a claim? I really want to receive the iPad I ordered.

My name is Paul Miller, and I bought a TV for my mother. They provided a delivery window today from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. It's now 6:30 PM, and the TV hasn't been delivered. No communication about the delay has been received. I am a loyal customer and would appreciate some form of compensation for this inconvenience. My mother is eagerly waiting for her TV. Waiting all day for a delivery that doesn't arrive can be frustrating. I made the purchase at your store in Lancaster, PA.

I recently contacted your store regarding an issue I had with a local branch. Unfortunately, when speaking with someone from your corporate office, the individual displayed a considerable amount of attitude, which I found off-putting. It seems like she may have been the switchboard operator. She accused me of being rude, abruptly ending our call. Subsequently, my attempts to reach out again have been ignored as my calls are being intentionally rerouted. I had intended to visit your store for the purchase of two QLED 55-inch TVs, a surround sound system, and an iPad Pro. However, due to the disrespectful treatment received, I am now considering exploring other options. I firmly believe that respectful customer service is vital when making purchasing decisions, and I trust that adequate steps will be taken to address this matter.

Hello, To whom it may concern, I bought a new computer with Best Buy in August. Since then, I have noticed that it does not hold a charge for as long as it originally claimed - it dies after about 4 to 5 hours of use instead of the promised 10 hours. I have not added much to the computer and I am hoping to get a free replacement battery, at the very least. I had high expectations for this computer, but I am starting to feel let down. I placed an order for an Apple watch online with the order number BBY01-[redacted]92. I received an email confirming that the item was shipped on 12/6. Checking the FedEx status on 12/10, it shows "Label created, shipping info sent to FedEx." I'm wondering if FedEx has picked up the package or if it's still in the shipping area. Is it typical for a package to remain in this status for almost 5 days when it's going from NH to VT? The FedEx shipping number provided is [redacted]51. Could you please confirm if FedEx has picked up the package? If not, would it be possible to change the shipper to UPS? FedEx doesn't have a good reputation in Central Vermont. I am trying to contact Best Buy Corporate Office regarding my Samsung refrigerator issue. The fridge stopped working on Friday, and after a long call with multiple representatives, I finally got an appointment for today. The response from the representative, offering a potential reimbursement for spoiled food, is not acceptable to me. I have already lost a lot of food items due to this delay. Despite having warranties, the service provided by Best Buy is disappointing. There should have been a quicker response or a certified subcontractor sent for repairs. I bought an Insignia TV on Amazon and it has a green screen with sound but no picture. It's still under warranty since I purchased it last October. Amazon said I can return it in-store. I'm not sure what I need to do. Can I just carry it in without the box? I didn't keep the box, so I need guidance on the process. Thank you.

I received a call from someone in India claiming to be from Best Buy stating they would charge my bank account $[redacted] for a non-existent antivirus I never bought. I do not have an account with Best Buy; my laptop was purchased there nine years ago. It's concerning how they obtained my information. I have notified my bank about potential fraud and spoken to someone named Luis at Best Buy, who provided [redacted] as a complaint email. I will be contacting them to address this issue. Luis repeatedly asked for personal details to set up a profile, which I refused as I do not owe any money and will not be providing information for setting up any accounts.

I received a GE stove delivery at [redacted] Willard Ave. Pleasantville, NJ [redacted] on November 19, [redacted]. During the delivery, the handle of the stove that opens the oven door was damaged. The delivery person suggested contacting the store for a replacement handle or stove. Despite several attempts to reach the store via phone, I have been unsuccessful. I kindly request assistance in replacing the handle of the stove.

I recently made a purchase for a new TV and surround sound system about a month ago. Geek Squad initially mounted the TV but didn't have all the necessary equipment for the surround sound setup, which was frustrating. They had to make multiple visits to complete the installation. Today's appointment to set up the receiver and finalize the surround sound system was canceled last minute, leaving me very disappointed. I am eager to know when we can expect our system to be fully hooked up!

Earlier today, at around 3:30, I placed an order for an iPad online from Best Buy. I first attempted to use my debit card, which was declined three times. I then used my credit card, which was accepted. I received a confirmation via text. However, upon checking my PNC bank account, I noticed that Best Buy had charged both my declined debit card and my PNC credit card, each for $[redacted].26. I only intended to purchase one Apple iPad. I am unsure which account will be refunded the extra charge. After an hour of checking, it changed to "Unavailable" without ever being available for purchase, not even with shipping options. I also faced a similar situation with a gaming laptop the week before. This inconsistency in product availability and price changes is concerning, especially for a loyal customer like myself who has made multiple purchases from Best Buy over the years. The lack of explanations and blaming issues on the website or Covid only add to the frustration. While I've been satisfied with past purchases, this recent experience has led me to consider exploring other retailers like Sam's Club and Walmart for future electronic needs. My brother feels like he's being punished because, at 75 years old and in a wheelchair, he couldn't move a box for delivery. A woman helped move it, yet delivery and installation have been postponed until January 14, [redacted]. Is Best Buy cherry-picking orders due to the holidays? He made a $[redacted] purchase on the day he bought the washer and dryer. This situation is unacceptable. Address this promptly. I'm Bill, his brother, requesting the delivery of his purchased items.

Order Number BBY01-[redacted]39 is still not received even though it was shipped on November 22, [redacted]. The DVD ordered, "The Spirit of Christmas," costing $18.82, has not arrived. The package is tracked to Louisville, KY. Patricia Cavicchioni has contacted USPS by phone and online to report the missing item. Requesting assistance in tracking down the DVD, Patricia is hoping to receive the item promptly or have a replacement sent without any additional charges if the DVD cannot be located by the weekend.

I bought a Samsung Countertop Convection Microwave with Sensor, Model: MC11K70335CG, online on December 12, [redacted], as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Order # BBY01-[redacted]31. About a week ago, the oven started smoking from the inside. My daughter visited the Best Buy in Southlake, Texas today, and was informed that the warranty had expired by only 2 days, despite receiving it at Christmas [redacted].
