OK, will try this. Living on an island is SE Alaska, I often pay my BOA bill by phone as bill is slow sometimes getting here and payment slow getting back to BOA. *When I call in my payment, I used to be given my current balance which was helpful. For the last several months, that part of the recorded message which then gave me my balance is cut. *I have complained to BOA a half dozen times to fix their phone payment recording so one can again get their balance as they used to.*So... i would like someone else let BOA know they are about to lose two accounts if they do not fix their by-phone payment system and not cut off the part which gives one their balance after signing in.
