My daughters iPhone * had a claim for “youfixibreak” to come repair a cracked screen. When the tech arrived, he got the phone which was working perfectly fine despite the cracks, too it to his van, took the screen off, came inside to show me the moisture indicator and stated he couldn’t repair the screen. Fine. Put the phone back in my purse. Got home and gave daughter her phone back, now the phone doesn’t work at all. It’s on, but passcode can’t be entered, as no touches go to the phone. Before the tech had it it was working just fine. Now just waiting for the phone to die to turn it back on as it can’t even be powered off.
