Well, I recertified my Assurance Wireless service in November of **** and I was told that I would have service for the next entire year until November ****. In the middle of December the service just stopped I don't get data I don't get phone calls I can't make phone calls and I don't get or receive texts. This phone is the only way I can get in touch with my family in my work it's very important and I was under the impression that I would have service until at least November. Please fix this in a timely manner I'm very appreciative. Thank you Mallory Hardeman.
