Re book a ticket ... Train was delayed and would like to get the trip funded since i rebooked trip for tomorrow.
Once a departure time has past, you can't cancel a ticket even if your train has been delayed by hours and hours.
I'd like a refund since I had to book a new ticket because their website wouldn't let me cancel my existing reservation or rebook.
I have an issue with Amtrak too
