I am having trouble accessing my Audible account [redacted] due to two-factor authentication requesting an OTP sent to my old phone number, 07[redacted]24. I have a new phone number now and am unable to get past the OTP. Additionally, it appears I have two Audible accounts, one linked to amazon.com and one to amazon.co.uk. I purchased an item on Amazon worth Rs. [redacted] (INR), but it arrived defective, so I initiated a return. The woman who delivered my package accidentally damaged both my yard and my neighbor's yard. I attempted to buy an item on the Amazon.in app on my phone today. On November 18th, I got an email from Amazon informing me that my account was suspended because of suspicious activity. Upon reviewing, it mentioned that the funds were used from the credit card instead of the Amazon Gift Cards I had added to my account previously. I would like to know why the Gift Cards were not utilized and what steps I can take to address this matter and reinstate my account.

I am seeking assistance with my Amazon account. As an older individual with memory difficulties, I lost my login details when my phone stopped working. In the last month, I've had four orders marked as "delivered" or "delivered, handed to person," but I never received these packages. Despite several complaints, the issue with the drivers has not been resolved. For one order that did arrive, I had to flag down the delivery person as they were not planning to stop. It's frustrating to deal with these delivery problems repeatedly.

I purchased a Songmics silver metal shelving unit with 5 shelves, but I received parts for only 4 shelves. I require four posts and the appropriate number of clips for those four posts. Amazon provided a contact number, which turned out to be an outdated UPS number. Upon reaching out to the company, I was informed that the order number I provided was associated with Amazon, and they were unable to assist due to not being able to locate the order.

At 2:00 pm, my package tracking showed that the package was only 5 houses away, but then it suddenly updated to say that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, the package containing two items, including gumballs needed for a birthday party on Sunday, was not received. The other item was dog treats. I require these items promptly.
