I have had trouble with a China-based shoe company who responded to my request for the return of TWO pairs of shoes. The company is called, "Good Memory." *The order * is: ***-*******-********Without receiving or approving the return, they refunding a bit over $** and declared the case was closed. (The shoes are listed at $**.** for each of the two pairs.*So I called Amazon who contacted the company. When I tried to open the *Return Label, it wouldn't open.*Finally, it "opened" and there was no label. I was just linked back to Amazon. *I'm exhausted by this company!*My phone: ***-***-****.*I am now going to call you.
