Dear Amazon Customer Service, I recently tried to return some defective pants on behalf of my father, but sadly missed the return window when I went to print the label today. This past month has been very challenging. Dealing with the loss of my mom and my dad's frequent hospital visits has been tough. Just as we were preparing to bury my mom after waiting for the cemetery to finish a new section, my dad had to go back to the hospital. Due to these circumstances, I could only mail the package today. Since this was purchased on my dad's card and he's on a fixed income, I kindly request a refund. I'm willing to provide proof of his hospitalization if necessary. Thank you for your understanding, Robin Order# [redacted]-[redacted]

Hello, I have noticed unauthorized charges from Amazon Prime on my bank statements for a few months now. I never signed up for this service. I'm frustrated by the money being withdrawn from my account. A DVD I ordered from the service arrived with a significant delay nine months ago, and since then, Amazon has been deducting money from my account. I can’t seem to find a contact number for your Irish office. Could you please provide me with this information promptly so I can address this issue? I am requesting a full refund of the €11.39 per month that has been deducted. I have attempted to contact Amazon about this over the past few months when I first noticed these charges on my bank statement. I hope to receive a response soon. Kind regards, M. Lynch

I purchased TurboTax Deluxe for $39.99 on January 12, [redacted], but encountered issues with installation. Despite contacting TurboTax for assistance, the problem persisted. I then tried the downloadable version from Amazon for $49.99, which also failed to install. After numerous attempts and calls for help, I resorted to using government tax filing applications. I paid a total of $89.98 for two non-functioning software versions from Amazon. I am seeking a full refund to be credited back to my payment card.

I bought a new Kindle Fire a few months ago, which is already the second one in less than three years. The first one had storage issues. Everything was fine until last week when it stopped turning on. It seems like it's not charging the battery. When I plug it in, it shows the Amazon logo and then the Fire logo with scrolling dots that never stop moving, and the device doesn't progress beyond that point. I've tried powering it down and rebooting, but nothing works. Only when I charge it for many hours and keep it connected to the charger does it show the Amazon logo. I need warranty details to have the device replaced. I spoke with a non-Amazon expert who believes the device is faulty. Thank you for any assistance. -Michael

Hello, this is Remy Z., I had ordered a product on Amazon but changed my mind. I tried to cancel the delivery, but I was unable to. The item was supposed to be delivered to the post office, and the instructions said if I couldn't cancel, I should refuse it. I did not go to the post office and let it go past the return date. Since then, I have not heard from Amazon. I would like a refund, please. Can you please check if you have received the item?

I spoke with Josemon from Amazon on April 4 regarding missing deliveries. Here is a summary of the conversation: Initial Question: I didn't receive two Amazon orders supposedly delivered by Canada Post on April 1 and April 3. Josemon assisted me, apologized for the inconvenience, and confirmed the packages were lost. He offered a refund, which I requested. Despite reordering the items and receiving them, causing a double purchase, I returned the second set for a refund. I was initially charged $7.99 for postage. Can this be resolved? Thank you, Peter B.

I have spoken with your foreign customer service representatives multiple times, and each time they assured me the issue would be resolved. I have spent hours trying to access the content I paid for. I attempted to merge my wife's account with mine after our recent marriage, which I understand your company does not offer. We have canceled and repurchased Prime three times in an effort to access our paid video library, but it seems to be inaccessible. We just want our library restored so we can utilize what we have paid for. Despite several attempts with non-native English-speaking representatives, the issue remains unresolved. It is frustrating to see the library on our phone but be unable to watch it on the TV. While the customer service has been friendly, it has not been effective. I request that the problem be rectified promptly, as this is my second formal request in this manner.

Hello, I want to bring to your attention that I am a regular customer of Amazon. I shop for friends and family due to the great quality of products. I recently ordered shoes through the Amazon app and chose Cash on Delivery. The tracking indicated it would be delivered by EOD through ECOM Courier Company. The delivery person called me asking to pick it up at their office due to the COD payment. Despite my request for delivery at the specified address, I was told to collect it. I had to take a break from work, travel 20 kilometers to the office, and spend about an hour to get the package, causing me to lose my job after receiving calls from my boss. I'd like to know if Amazon's responsibility ends at tracking or product specifications. I expect a fruitful response, or I'll escalate this matter to the consumer court, as I'm currently unemployed and the sole breadwinner for my family. Thank you, Lovepreet S.

I am having trouble logging into my account, and my boyfriend is experiencing the same issue. The login site seems to be malfunctioning because we are confident that we are using the correct information. I have attempted multiple times to log in without success. Although my email and password are correct, I am unable to access the account. I suggest addressing these issues to allow customers to shop and checkout without the inconvenience of logging in repeatedly. The current system is frustrating and time-consuming, which has deterred me from continuing to shop. Additionally, having to repeatedly enter CAPTCHA makes the process even more tedious. I have decided to explore other online shopping options with more user-friendly login methods, such as "CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE." I believe simplifying the checkout process would prevent losing valuable customers. Thank you for addressing these concerns. SB from Mentone, CA.

I reported an issue with my Amazon Fire Stick order. Originally, I ordered five fire sticks but only received two. I received a refund for the missing items. Now, it's been a month since I ordered five pairs of lashes and 12 gift bags, and I haven't received them. I believe I have been scammed because all the items (fire sticks, lashes, and gift bags) had a single tracking number for three items instead of individual numbers, and I have not received anything. The warehouse confirmed they only collected and signed for two fire sticks out of all the items I ordered.

Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed multiple unauthorized withdrawals from my account by Amazon. These incidents occurred three times this year. Initially, I assumed they were related to my Amazon purchases. However, the most recent deduction of £7.99 seems unjustified as I have not made any purchases of that amount from Amazon since January. The transactions on my bank statement show a repeated description as follows: "AMAZON PRIME*MZ2A" along with the £7.99 charges each time. I have checked my purchase history, and there are no records of any £7.99 transactions. I am concerned about this issue and would like to request a refund for the unauthorized charges made by Amazon. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In October [redacted], I received a different item than the one I ordered from Amazon. Recently, after moving, I opened the box and discovered it was a Tanita BC [redacted]+ scale, not the RENPHO Bluetooth Body Fat Scale I purchased. I have proof of this with photos. Unfortunately, the scale I received does not function despite changing the batteries multiple times. I urgently require a working scale due to starting a weight loss program. I am willing to follow your instructions, as long as I can get a replacement scale similar in value to the $27.99 I paid for the original order. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - EJ

Order #[redacted]-[redacted], placed on February 28th, has caused me some frustration. I returned a mattress to Amazon but was surprised to find out about a $99 restocking fee. I was never informed about this fee, which feels unfair given the condition of the mattress upon arrival. It was dirty, ripped, and not even in a box when it was delivered. Despite these issues, I opted to keep it with a cover. However, the mattress turned out to be uncomfortable to sleep on due to heat retention, prompting my decision to return it. In addition, I took time off work based on incorrect information provided by Amazon representatives regarding the pickup schedule, creating further inconvenience. I am seeking assistance in getting the restocking fee refunded. Thank you for your support in resolving this matter.

On 4/19/19, my email was hacked by "[redacted]," which led to Amazon closing my account after I reported the issue. Then on 4/26/19, my email was hacked again by "[redacted]" When I called Amazon, they instructed me to log into my account to resolve the problem, though this was impossible due to the hack. It's frustrating that scammers have a loophole while loyal customers like me are left defenseless. Despite speaking with customer service at 1-[redacted], the solutions offered were inadequate and I feel powerless in this situation. I have decided to permanently close my account with Amazon due to these repeated issues. Changing my email address, which I have had for over 24 years, feels like conceding to scammers. Though I understand the need for enhanced security measures, I am disappointed in Amazon's handling of this situation. Regards, Cynthia J. Hall ([redacted]).

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] I received my recent order today, and while all three items were inside the padded envelope, it was concerning to see that the envelope had clearly been opened before reaching me. There was a tear on the corner, the inner flap had two tears, and the glue strip barely held the flap shut, indicating that it had been previously opened. My house is located on five acres, with the front door at the back of the house away from the road, making it unlikely for anyone to stumble upon it. Given this, it seems apparent that the package was tampered with by someone involved in the shipping or delivery process. This experience has left me quite unsettled as packages should always be delivered securely sealed and unopened.

I thought I placed an order and PayPal confirmed the payment for a 5-foot inflatable ball for playing bump soccer and an air compressor. The delivery was supposed to be between the 17th and 22nd, and I chose standard shipping. However, when I checked the tracking, there was no activity. I'm perplexed and need assistance. I've only made a few small Amazon orders before. I've tried to solve this issue with no luck using my smartphone. It's frustrating. Thank you, Kim.

My friend, Linda Wallace, is seeking a refund for a $[redacted].00 charge on her card for Amazon Membership. She hasn't used the account since February. I contacted Seattle, WA, and provided her with the necessary number to resolve this issue. Despite their acknowledgment of the charge on her account, they are unable to locate it. I then reached out to another number, which seemed to be overseas, but they also couldn't find her account. I am worried about potential additional charges. I plan to email Jeff Bezzos for assistance. It's disheartening that we have yet to find someone willing to assist. As a frequent Amazon customer, I have faced unauthorized membership charges on my card before. I removed them promptly. I am Teresa Morgan at [redacted] Linda Wallace, who is dealing with the charges, can be reached at [redacted] Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated, as $[redacted].00 can significantly impact someone on a fixed income like Linda. Thank you, Teresa Morgan.

Hello, I am Rama Ahuja from India. On April 26th, I purchased "Unstoppable" by Maria Sharapova on Amazon.in. Today at 11:12 am, I received an email saying the book was delivered. When I checked the tracking information, it showed the book was delivered and signed for, but I have been at home all day and no book arrived. I even asked my building security, but no delivery from Amazon was made. Could you please investigate with your courier agency? Claiming delivery when it did not happen is unfair. I spent my Sunday trying to sort this out, and it's very disappointing.
