You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-rasses's own words
order ****-*******-********Order date Feb **th*I returned a mattress and Amazon charged me a $** restocking fee. I never read about a restocking fee and the numerous agents I talked to never mentioned this either. Doesn't seem fair, when I first received the bed it was not in a box and left out in the rain and had a big dirt spot on it and it was ripped in a couple areas but I didn't want to mess with returning so I just put a mattress cover on it. After sleeping on the bed trying to give it a chance..the heat from this "cooling mattress" just became unbearable to sleep on so I decided to return. Now they charge me $** to return? Also * reps told me it was being picked up on Saturday (which i later found to be not true) and so I took the day off work to wait for them. So then I needed to take another day off work to be here when they actually came that Monday. Please advise if I can get that fee returned to me. Thank you for any help on this.
