Amazon replaced a book that they told me was lost in transit (order * ***-*******-*******). Just over a week later they delivered the original order item. If I had known the contents of the delivery, I would not have accepted the delivery. They have now sent me labels to use to return the the extra book. Will amazon cover the postage cost to return the item to them?
GetHuman-anafijk did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
