The issue in GetHuman-sobkowsk's own words
When going to booking I didn’t get the option to choose my payment method, I was supposed to be submitting less payment for the reservation per my text message with the owner. In the process of booking my dates I confirmed with the owner at the less security deposit amount, someone else booked the dates, so it shifted my dates and charges me the full security deposit...I contacted the host and cancelled immediately but now I don’t have any money for the week....please help me I cannot wait * to * days for a refund to my bank account....and this was not my fault that it shifted my dates and automatically charged me the full amount
GetHuman-sobkowsk did not yet indicate what AirBnB should do to make this right.
