Before contacting them, items GetHuman-ananagiv may need:
Social Security, Card Number, Name on Account, Date of Birth, Home Address, Phone number on the back of the card, and Email on Account

I ordered a new accountnow card, because my previous has been stolen. The reps told me it will arrive in mail by *-** business days, it's been almost * weeks without no card. So I called accountnow again to cancel that card, and send another one out me to, this time with expedited shipping( * business days) It's been almost a week, and I still haven't recieved my card.
GetHuman-ananagiv did not yet indicate what AccountNow should do to make this right.
