Submitted device unlock request. Imei was recognized. Filled in necessary information. Confirmed via email. Waited for unlock. Later at&t email that request was denied. Not at&t imei when it is. If not couldn't have gone passed the first steps. Would like device to be unlocked. Ref: NUL************.
GetHuman-chikumbi did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
