When I called about a month ago to have Direct TV installed, the Direct TV Agent told me I would receive a $***.** reward Visa. I called about two weeks later and informed the Customer Service Person that I received a advertisement in the mail that said for hooking up to Direct TV you offered a $***.** visa card. The agent I talked with that time said it would come in the mail approximately in ** days. Yesterday (********* I received a $***.** visa card in the mail. My question is why I was not given a $***.** or $***.** as primised by your agents. Please call me as to why you did not send me what your agents promised. My phone is ***-***-****. Also, I have called your rewards center twice and been on hold for over an hour each time.
GetHuman-jeredh did not yet indicate what AT&T Wireless should do to make this right.
