It is not ok to make our customer service issues public & readable to everyone, especially without informing the customer first & getting consent! I wrote my last issue to AOL and clicked "continue" thinking there would be a next step. Instead, the button should have been more accurately labeled "submit" because it "submitted" my message publicly under "Reasons Customers Like You Called Recently", to my surprise. Thankfully, I did not add more sensitive information in my message which everyone can now read (including this one). Surely, this is not legally compliant?
