I need to have ADT equipment removed. I have called several times. Need to have my son's credit card credited as the ADT equipment does not have the distance monitoring needed. I have a new Ring system that has the distance and monitoring needed as I am ** years old and need to have better monitoring of my home. Please call ***-***-****, this has been going on for over * *** weeks with no resolution or response from the ADT company! Poor communication from the ADT company and basically ignored!

GetHuman-mjable did not yet indicate what ADT should do to make this right.
