I am experiencing an issue on my Xbox One S with 2K 21. My career has been deleted, even though I had just made a payment for my gold membership. A day after the deletion, I assumed it might be due to an update problem and that it would return, as has happened before. While waiting, I created a second build and invested almost $20 USD in it. The next day, both profiles in MY CAREER had vanished, with a message citing a corrupt file, which I find illogical. I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to enhancing my status and achievements in this game, only to encounter this setback. Xbox support guided me through a standard restart and reload process, but it did not resolve the issue. I purchased PGA Tour 2K21 and exchanged it twice already. I have [redacted] GB of storage on my Xbox, but when I put the disc in, nothing happens. It won't automatically install, and when I try to install it manually, nothing shows up. The only indication is a small picture on the home screen with the inserted disc. I have successfully installed five other games and played with no issues, so it's not the Xbox itself. I'd like GameStop to help with this problem, as I've searched online and they all ask for money. I just want the game I paid for to work properly since I cannot get a refund. I am playing offline currently and would appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this.

Since purchasing NBA2K21, it has become my favorite game, but recently, 87.2% of gamers on platforms like Reddit and Twitter experienced glitches with 2K21 87.2%. These issues forced many of us to simulate our entire first season in the league, which is crucial for earning badges. 2K has provided no explanation or compensation for these problems. The customer service experience has been disappointing overall, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Two of my players have vanished without explanation, although sometimes they can recover them promptly. While my missing player was restored as a 95 overall with all attributes intact, no compensation was offered. The lack of accountability and poor service from 2K is frustrating, especially for a game of such popularity. Despite submitting multiple tickets, I have received no resolution. The threat of having to pay for future recoveries is concerning. I am keeping detailed records of my time spent dealing with these issues and have even considered legal action. My game tags for the missing players are Flight239668, a 95 overall Power Forward, and a 91 overall Shooting Guard playing for the Lakers and the Nets respectively. Hello fellow NBA 2K gamers, I posted yesterday about NBA2K21 My Career mode, and I am grateful for the attention it has received. I am concerned about the abrupt corruption and deletion of player files without any explanations. It seems suspicious that these issues occur once we invest significant amounts of money into building these players. I find it frustrating that our hard work is compromised while some YouTubers use glitches to quickly boost their players with unlimited VC and high ratings. It's disheartening to see dishonest tactics overshadow honest gameplay efforts.

I have submitted tickets regarding the corruption of deleted or corrupted players that go missing once they are at a 90 Overall rating or higher. Despite trying to contact 2K support through online chat, toll-free numbers, and emails, I have not received any response. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this situation further by presenting documentation, bank statements, recorded calls, and rallying 40-50 gamers with similar issues for a potential lawsuit. For examples of these issues, one can simply search "All NBA2K Free Glitches" on YouTube to see the multitude of problems encountered in the game.

Hello, I am a fan of the new 2K game release. I enjoy enhancing my character by buying virtual currency (VC) to upgrade attributes and appearance. Recently, I spent $[redacted] on VC to get tattoos and improve my character's looks. However, after spending 96k VC, the tattoos did not show up in the game, despite deducting the VC from my account. This issue is disappointing as customization is important to me. I believe that purchases made with real money should be honored, and I should not lose out on what I bought. I am experiencing an issue with NBA 2K22 on PS5. Every time I attempt to access my career mode, I receive error code 6F8CE31B. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I was informed that my file was corrupt and could not be loaded. I need assistance in resolving the corrupt file so that I can access my player, a highly skilled point guard with numerous badges. Initially created with 98 badges, he now has [redacted] badges. Hello, I hope someone can help me with my issue. On September 24th, while playing NBA2K22 My Team mode, I experienced disconnections in Unlimited mode, resulting in lost matches and server connection issues. Despite contacting 2K support, the problem persists, affecting my gameplay and progress. I remain hopeful for a resolution to resume playing without further interruptions. Thank you.

I experienced an issue with my NBA 2k22 My Player account on Xbox. Upon logging in, I was notified that my account had expired due to an unverified email address. Despite never receiving any email instructions, I attempted to contact customer support twice via their helpline form. The first response requested detailed player information for a fix, to which I promptly provided, but received no further assistance. It has been over 24 hours since my second attempt with no response, leaving me frustrated as I've invested time and money into customizing my player. I was loading into 2K22 and about to start playing when I came across a build that said "0 college," which was new to me. I decided to delete it. However, when I closed the app and restarted it, my 2-way sharpshooter with maxed badges and a 96 overall rating was missing. I had invested over [redacted],[redacted] VC in him, and he was my first and favorite build. Even though it shows up on my player build list, my saved file is gone. I really want to retrieve it. Please assist me in recovering my missing build, as it means a lot to me.

Yesterday, I purchased the digital version of NBA 2K22 for my PS4. When I attempted to play a game in my myCareer Account against the Charlotte Hornets, there was a glitch where players were shooting at an imaginary basket on the court. The game also crashed when I tried to simulate it with no Virtual Currency (VC). I have attempted to troubleshoot the issue by restarting my PlayStation and checking for updates, but no solutions have worked so far.

I have attempted multiple times to play my career mode on NBA2K, but I keep getting an error message prompting me to visit www.NBA2K.com/status with the error code 727e66ac. However, upon entering the code, it says it is not valid. Moreover, for the past month, I have not been receiving any VC after completing regular season games with my player "CantStopMy-Jesus". I encountered an issue with the Myplayer I created on NBA 2K. When I tried to access the file, the game kept kicking me out. Even after reaching out to 2K customer support for help, their suggestions didn't work. I managed to resolve the file retrieval problem on my own, but now I'm facing a new glitch in the game. During the MyPlayer game at the combine, I find myself playing basketball with no basket in the stands and no time shown. I'm unable to exit the game or delete the app. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek help from 2K customer support again have been unfruitful. Despite asking three times for the 75,[redacted] VC I spent on this player, I have received no response. All I need is the 75,[redacted] VC refunded so I can create another player, along with clear instructions on how to fix and prevent this issue in the future.

I've been without my console for over 2 years now as my ex still has it. Currently using my brother's console. After contacting Sony to reset my PSN account password and deleting my account from all consoles on playstation.com, I thought my game progress would be saved. However, my superstars were missing. Sony advised me to restore licenses in account settings and activate my account as the primary PS4. Even after following these steps, the issue persisted. Sony then suggested checking the error history under system settings, which didn't help. They recommended contacting 2K for further assistance and provided the support.2k.com website.

I am a dedicated fan of 2k and was at level 38 with only 2-3 days left before the season ended. I had earned 9 XP coins in one day but couldn't use any of them. When attempting to activate an XP coin, I kept getting an error message about the 2k server. I feel frustrated because I put in a lot of effort grinding for this, and now I can't even get my mascot. My PS gamertag is VertexCrushZone, and if you look at my game minutes played, you'll see that I have only 2k downloaded, so it's unfair to miss out. Other players who don't put in the same effort seem to be getting mascots easily, even without meeting the required stats. I am upset with the 2k franchise, especially since the update for the next season wiped out all my progress and momentum. I had achieved HoF Dimer and HoF Floor General, and losing my XP coins due to glitches has left me angry at the 2k sports server.

Every time I enter 2K and start a game, I am repeatedly disconnected. It's frustrating and has been happening since the game was released. I have lost count of the number of times this has occurred, ruining my gameplay experience. It's incredibly annoying, and I feel ignored when seeking help to resolve this issue. Additionally, it feels like my character gets unfairly weakened every time I reach out for support. I am extremely disappointed with the support for 2K22. My son is eager to play the game, but due to missing an email verification, he has been unable to join his friends for weeks. I spent $[redacted] on the game to reach an 85 overall rating. Following this, I invested an additional $25 on other in-game items. Upon trying to join my friends at the park, I was unexpectedly sent back to the lobby with a prompt stating I needed a my career build to proceed. Subsequent attempts to join the park resulted in the same issue, reverting my character back to a 60 overall build. Despite restarting my Xbox and relaunching the game, the problem persisted. This has been very distressing as I have been experiencing this for the past 20 minutes. The developers need to address and resolve this bug promptly. I am seeking a resolution or a refund for my purchases.

I need assistance with my ticket Ticket ID# [redacted]2 submitted on Saturday at 3 PM. As of 1:16 PM on Tuesday of the following week, I've only received automated bot responses claiming my case is under review, which is not accurate. Despite following the instructions, providing all requested information, submitting videos, screenshots, and proof of purchase, I have not received much help. "Kartik S" informed me that my previous ticket was closed due to opening multiple tickets, but I only did so because the initial issue wasn't resolved. Instead of addressing the problem directly, I was asked to refer back to the closed ticket. This lack of assistance has led me to seek help on Twitter, where I was simply advised to be patient. This experience with customer support after spending nearly $[redacted] has been incredibly frustrating.
