The way you have adjusted the difficulty for All-Star and Superstar levels is frustrating. It seems impossible with the other team hardly missing shots and always having perfect timing on their movements. My players seem to struggle, stopping when they shoot or their movements are not as precise. Even after getting a new controller, there is a lag in the shooting bar, making it challenging to get the timing right. The accuracy of the opposing team is unrealistic, and it feels like an unfair advantage. I would like to express my frustration with the game creators for making the players on these levels seem superhuman.

I logged into NBA 2K20 on 7/3/20 to claim my daily reward in My Team. Later on, when I tried to log in, I received an error message stating that the 2K Sports server was not available. Despite multiple attempts and verifying my email, the issue persisted. Frustrated, I uninstalled the game, which took all night to reinstall. Once it finished, I found that my user file was corrupted, prompting me to create a new account and losing all my progress. Even after this, I encountered the same server error message. I'm seeking help to fix the server issue and potentially recover the items I lost, such as pink diamonds, Galaxy Opal Jamison with infinite contracts and shoes, and almost achieving Galaxy Opal Larry Hughes. I have noticed several unauthorized charges on my PayPal account totaling hundreds of dollars from WW Sport Cards. I have been trying to resolve this issue since June 26 but have been unable to reach a live person for assistance. Despite my efforts, more charges keep appearing on my account. I urgently need these charges to be reversed and all future charges to be halted. I have attempted various methods to stop these unauthorized charges without success. I eagerly awaited the release of your new game, PGA Tour 2K21, and purchased it from Walmart on the day it came out. Prior to buying it, I thoroughly researched the game and found no information indicating that internet access was necessary for the majority of gameplay. The box stated that internet was optional, leading me to believe offline play was possible for most of the game. I enjoyed playing the game until I attempted to access the tour and discovered an internet connection was required. Living in an area without internet, I am now unable to earn money or progress within the game. The claim of the game being "internet optional" is misleading, as it is essential for the main aspect of gameplay. Unfortunately, Walmart refuses returns on opened games, leaving me with a product that doesn't meet my needs. I would appreciate assistance in returning the game for a refund, as I am disappointed I can't fully enjoy it by playing the tour and developing my character. I am experiencing an issue with NBA 2K21 - MyPlayer in my MyCareer mode. Despite playing around 10-15 games, I have not earned any VC or badges. I preordered the game three weeks in advance, but I have not received any response regarding this problem. Since the night the game was released, I have been unable to play a MyCareer game properly. I have patiently waited for a fix, but it has been two days without any communication from 2K or Xbox. I feel disappointed after spending over $[redacted] on this game, only to not be able to enjoy it. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me urgently to either provide a refund or help resolve this issue promptly.

In the MyCareer mode, I have encountered a glitch that prevents me from playing the offline career mode. Whenever I attempt to start a game, I am forced to play as the opposing team rather than controlling my player on the team I selected. Trying to simulate the game causes the app to crash, and completing the game also results in the app crashing. Despite reaching out to support, the representative I spoke with was unable to provide assistance and wrongly attributed the problem to Sony, even though players on Xbox and Switch are facing the same issue. I have heard that 2k has addressed similar player cloning problems, and I hope this can be resolved promptly so I can enjoy the game I purchased without further interruptions.

On the night 2k21 was released, I played for about an hour and invested 50,[redacted] VC into my 2k21 demo players. Shortly after, my PS4 stopped working. I replaced it the following day. After re-downloading 2k, my players and VC were missing. Despite trying to restore the application saved data multiple times, nothing worked. It has been over a week, and my numerous support tickets with 2k have yielded poor results. I am solely interested in recovering my lost VC. Due to the delay, I have new players now. Can you please assist with this matter? Also, is there a way we can communicate via chat instead?

I pre-ordered the NBA 2K21 Kobe Edition for $[redacted]. The game mode I prefer is MyTeam. Since the 1.01 patch was applied, I keep experiencing a blue screen whenever I attempt to play any mode under MyTeam. This issue only happens in MyTeam, not in other game modes. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game, even wiping my PlayStation clean, but the problem persists. It has been 3 days, and I have not received any response from 2K support. I submitted a Network ticket, which is still unresolved. I am disappointed and unsatisfied as a consumer who spent money on this product. The lack of assistance with this software problem, causing me to lose virtual currency, is frustrating.

I am a huge fan of NBA 2K. Recently, a new patch was released stating that only 80 ball control is needed for pro dribble moves. I am frustrated because I specifically created an undersized 6'3 player just to be able to get pro dribble moves at 85 ball control. Earlier, I had a different player with contact dunks, hall of fame shooting, and 80 ball handling, but I deleted that build thinking he couldn't get pro dribble moves. Now, with this patch, I feel disappointed and hurt. I believe the developers should compensate me for the VC I spent on my other player or at least apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused me. Thank you.

Hello, I recently moved and had to purchase another PS4 and NBA 2K20. Upon receiving the game, I noticed that my 6’5 slashing playmaker with an 85 overall rating and maxed badges has disappeared. It seems like I have lost all my progress and I am now back to a 60 overall rating. I attempted to recreate the same player to see if it would bring back my progress, but unfortunately, it did not work. My custom shoes are missing, and I cannot find my player at all. Although my tattoos and reputation are intact, my overall rating is not. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like transferring online storage to system storage, but nothing has worked. I believe this is a bug and I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I bought the Kobe Legend edition of NBA 2K21 for Playstation 4. I've encountered a frustrating issue with the "Play Now Online" feature where games end abruptly with a message preventing further gameplay. This occurs frequently, about six times an hour. As a customer since [redacted], this experience is unacceptable given the full price paid for the game. I was looking forward to the Playstation 5 release but can't fully enjoy the current game. I want to know what options are available to resolve this problem or if a refund is possible.

Hello 2K Sports, I have a recommendation for you. Have you considered expanding your mobile game selection? For NBA 2K, it would be great to see individual mobile games for each NBA 2K release from NBA 2K15 onwards. Adding WNBA and G League teams to NBA 2K19 Mobile would also be a fantastic idea. Bringing back Create a Legend mode with the option to play through a Legend's high school and college career would add a fun twist to altering NBA history. Additionally, a WWE 2K Mobile game with features like creating an arena, superstar, various match types, DLC packs, Deluxe Superstars, Universe Mode, and custom match types would be highly appealing. Thank you for considering these suggestions for enhancing your games.

The lack of control in this game is frustrating. It seems that the focus on pay-to-play users is alienating many customers. The gameplay experience deteriorates with each passing year, leading to frustration and disappointment. Making shooting free throws on a cut screen can be inconvenient, especially when updates make it even more difficult. It's disheartening to see the game not evolving positively. It's important to provide constructive feedback in the hopes of improving the overall gaming experience for all users.

I am experiencing an issue trying to play NBA 2k21 on my Xbox Series X. Despite having a valid Microsoft Ultimate account, I am unable to play online as my 2k account seems to have been deleted. When attempting to change my email in-game, the option to add a new email address is not available under Settings. I encounter an error code when trying to connect to the server. Although I can link my Xbox account on the 2k website, the my2k account keeps signing me into an unregistered account, prompting an error message. Despite creating new accounts and reinstalling the game, I still cannot access online gameplay. I have been trying to resolve this with 2k support for weeks, but the process has been frustrating with circular responses and expired chat sessions.

While playing NBA 2K21, my 91 overall 2-way stretch four player disappeared from my career mode. I paused the game to tend to my 4-month-old daughter who had woken up, causing the game to go idle. When I returned, my player was missing despite investing over [redacted],[redacted] VC into it. I understand I may not be able to retrieve the player, but I kindly request a reimbursement of the VC.

My son's build was accidentally deleted after he made two payments of £40 and another of £8. His account name is SZN panda#[redacted]. I would appreciate guidance on how to recover it. A quick search revealed that others are experiencing similar issues with deleted builds. Could you please restore his progress? He is playing on Xbox if that helps with the troubleshooting.

I do not support any offensive or racist content. I enjoy sharing my creations on WWE 2K games and being part of the Community Creations online. I am genuinely sorry for my behavior and did not intend to cause any offense. I am requesting another chance to be unbanned from WWE 2K as I value the online features and wish to continue playing. Hello, 2K Sports, I hope you are doing well. I encountered an issue two days ago in NBA2K21. While playing on my PlayStation 4 in the Dominican Republic, a brief power outage caused my console to shut down abruptly. Upon restarting, it encountered a critical system error requiring a factory reset. Unfortunately, this led to the loss of my archetype in the game. The archetype was created on 12/19/[redacted], and on 12/23/[redacted], I made a $20 purchase for a pack that included 75,[redacted] VC, an exclusive backpack, and an exclusive sweater. The archetype was an 88 overall sharpshooter with 30 shooting badges, 1 finishing badge, 9 defense badges, and 9 playmaking badges. My character had all shooting and finishing badges, alongside 8 defense and 6 playmaking badges. I invested both money and time into this character and would appreciate any assistance in recovering it. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response. Have a pleasant afternoon.

I bought NBA 2K21 for my son as a birthday gift in November [redacted]. He used all his birthday money to upgrade two players in the game, a 91 overall playmaking shot creator and an 85 overall paint beast. Unfortunately, his PS4 broke recently and GameStop diagnosed a fried hard drive, offering $60.00 in PS4 credit. A kind friend gave my son a barely used PS4, but when he re-downloaded NBA 2K21, his players were gone. He spent the $60 credit on a new character, losing his upgrades. It's upsetting that almost $33 was invested in the game only to disappear. We are seeking assistance to retrieve his players or receive some form of credit to repurchase them. His in-game name is Lpdcafeconleche.

While playing NBA 2K21 on my PS4 the other day, I encountered an issue with my career progress disappearing. I tried to reset it but couldn't change the player profile or start a new career without facing error code a21468b6. I have digital download version of the game, and even after deleting and reinstalling it, the problem persists. All my other game data and league changes are intact, but my career player is missing. I'm unable to modify the player profile or progress in the career mode.
