The return policy for products purchased on QDP.com allows customers to return any item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Returns can be made either in-store or by shipping the product back. If the return is made in-store, customers will receive an immediate refund in the original form of payment. For returns made by shipping, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received. However, shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
