What is Preservation Solutions' return policy?

Preservation Solutions has a customer-friendly return policy in place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return the product. To initiate the return process, simply contact the customer service team via email or phone, providing your order details and reason for returning. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, through the original payment method.
