What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from M&M Tool and Machinery, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, certain products may have specific return restrictions due to manufacturer policies. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return. Returns must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Restocking fees may apply in certain cases.
