Lyft gift cards are used to pay for all Lyft rides in the US. You can purchase physical Lyft gift cards or digital gift cards. For physical gift cards, you can buy them in select retail stores, including Kroger, CVS, Safeway, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, Giant Eagle, Albertsons, Rite Aid and Walmart.
Below are the steps to purchasing a digital gift card:
1. Visit the gift card page on the Lyft website.
2. Click Send a gift card. You'll be directed to the Amazon page.
3. Choose a gift card design and enter the gift card details.
4. Add it to your cart or click Buy Now.
5. Follow the prompts to successfully purchase the gift card.
Customers can also buy Lyft gift cards on the app. Just go to the Payment Tab and tap Gift Card.
After making your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the gift card's code and pin number. To redeem your gift card, open the app and tap on the menu icon. Tap Payment then Gift Card which is under Lyft Cash. Type in a valid gift card number and pin code to add the balance to your Lyft cash.
Lyft gift cards can't be replaced but Lyft may be able to add the remaining balance to your account. Prepare the gift card code and send it to Lyft so they can check if the gift card has been redeemed or not. If the gift card hasn't been redeemed, Lyft can add it to your account.
To view your gift card balance, log in to your account and go to the Payment tab under Menu. The balance will be at the top. If you have questions about Lyft gift cards, please contact Customer Support.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
