Where Can I Find My Kohl's Account Number?
Kohl's operates over 1,000 stores across the United States. As a shopper, you can make a Kohl's account to get reward perks such as exclusive discounts, members-only sales and Kohl's Cash.
There are two main Kohl's account options: the Kohl's Card and Kohl's Rewards. Each account will have a unique ID number. Here's how to access both.
Find Your Kohl's Rewards ID Number
A Kohl's Rewards account lets you earn points and Kohl's Cash, which you can use to buy more items online and in-store. In most cases, you can use your phone number or email to identify your rewards account, but you can also use your unique ID number.
- Go to the Kohl's website
- In the top right-hand corner, click "Sign-In"
- Log into your Kohl's account
- Once signed in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner
- On your account page, look for your Rewards ID in the center of the screen
You can use your Rewards ID at checkout in-store to get points and earn Kohl's Cash. You can also click on the ID number to access a barcode, which the cashier can scan to apply points. Call the Kohl's support number if you have trouble using your Rewards ID.
Find Your Kohl's Credit Card Number
Kohl's also offers a credit card with perks such as cashback and exclusive discounts. You can find your Kohl's Card account number on any previous statement or by going online and logging into your Kohl's account.

- In the top right-hand corner, click "Sign-In"
- Log into your Kohl's account
- Once signed in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner
- Look for "Kohl's Card" on your account page and click it to view your number
Your Kohl's Card account number is different from your basic Kohl's account number. You can also call the Kohl's customer service team if you have trouble locating any of your account numbers.
