How to Return Your Online Kohl's Purchases to A physical Kohl's Store

The fastest way to get a refund or store credit for returns is to take the merchandise to a physical Kohl's store. Make sure you take your order invoice with you and show it to the associate when asking for a return. To get a copy of the invoice for your order, visit the Kohl's website, login to your account, then view your order history and locate the order you are returning and print out the invoice.

If you can't find the order invoice, the associate may access the sale using the card you used to pay for the order.

  • Kohl's Card: If you paid for your order with a Kohl's card within the past 180 days, the associate can look up the purchase and issue you credit back to the card.
  • Other Payment Method: For other payment methods, the associate may issue you a corporate-issued refund or a Kohl's merchandise credit.

  • You will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective.
