Our return policy at JapBeautyShop.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization. Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. For further details, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
