What are the payment options for Idaho state taxes?

Asked 6 months ago
The Idaho State Tax Commission offers various convenient payment options for state taxes. The preferred method is through the Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) system, where you can securely make electronic payments by linking your bank account. TAP also accepts credit or debit card payments, which may incur a processing fee. Alternatively, you can pay with an electronic check using the ACH Credit method. If online options are not feasible, payments can be made by mailing a check or money order, along with the payment voucher, to the Idaho State Tax Commission. Additionally, cash payments can be made in-person at select County Recorders' offices. It is important to note that payments must be received on or before the due date to avoid penalties or interest charges.
