What is your return policy?

Our return policy at ELK Lighting allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team who will provide a return authorization number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
