What is the warranty on the products?

CycleAware offers a comprehensive warranty on all its products. We stand behind the quality and durability of our items and aim to provide our customers with the best cycling experience possible. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This means that if you encounter any issues with your CycleAware product within this timeframe, we will either repair or replace it, at our discretion. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, simply contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase, and they will guide you through the process.
