What is the return policy of Cambridge Global?

At Cambridge Global, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we have a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to return the item for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We accept returns for any reason, including if you simply changed your mind about the purchase. However, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We aim to process refunds promptly, generally within 5 to 7 business days.
