You can conveniently pay your bills online by electing eBills. With eBills, you can easily manage your bills in one centralized location, providing a hassle-free and time-saving experience. Here are the steps to elect eBills in your Bank of America account.

1. Log Into My Bank of America Account

Log into the online banking site to elect eBills for your Bank of America account. To sign in, go to the Bank of America website and click the "Login" button. The button will direct you to the login page. Enter your email address and password, and click "Log In."

2. Click My Profile Tab

Go to the "My Profile" page on the Bank of America's site, and click "Electronic Billing" under Personal Information. In the Bill Pay section, you should see a list of your current payees (companies or individuals you regularly pay). Locate the payee for which you want to elect eBills.

After that, set the frequency of paying your bills. To change the frequency of your eBill from weekly to monthly, select Monthly from the menu. Select the "Save Settings" button to save your changes.

3. Review and Submit Information

You can check the status of your eBills from within the app. Once you click on eBills, choose the bill to review. Next, check to see if the information you entered is correct onscreen. If so, tap "Save." It will submit your details.

4. Receive Confirmation Email

After you complete the above steps, Bank of America will send you an email confirmation to ensure your details are correct. Verify the details in the email to ensure everything is set up the way you want it to be.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Bank of America Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
