What is the return policy for Aldila, Inc. products?
Aldila, Inc. strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Our return policy allows customers to return unused products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without a receipt may be accepted at our discretion. For custom products, such as personalized shafts, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, excluding shipping charges. Please note that items purchased from authorized dealers may have different return policies.
