RJL Global Inc has a customer-friendly refund policy to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, the purchased item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
