What is Dollar General's return policy?

Asked 6 months ago
Dollar General's return policy allows customers to return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. However, certain items like electronics and opened CDs/DVDs cannot be returned. To make a return, customers should bring the original receipt along with the product in its original condition and packaging. If the receipt is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. For online purchases, customers can return items by mail or at any Dollar General store. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and any applicable sales tax will be refunded as well. Dollar General strives to provide a hassle-free return experience for customer satisfaction.
