What if I forgot my Access Florida username or password?

If you forgot your Access Florida username or password, you can easily retrieve or reset them. To recover your username, click on the "Forgot username" link on the Access Florida login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your account. An email with your username will be sent to you. If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot password" link on the same page. You will need to provide your username and the email address linked to your account. A password reset link will be sent to your email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. If you continue to experience difficulties, contact the Access Florida customer service for further assistance.
